Roles and responsibilities

As an Academic Receptionist., your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Basic accounting, Typing, Record keeping, Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are well spoken and organised

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
