The Telecaller Will Be Responsible For Making Calls To Potential And Existing Customers To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Customer Support. The Role Includes Handling Inquiries From Platforms Like Google, Whatsapp, Indiamart, And Justdial, Maintaining Customer Data In Excel/Crm, And Managing Follow-Ups For Sales And After-Sales Service. The Cand. Type : Sales | Marketing | Languages : Gujarati, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Skills and qualifications

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Tenth Pass
• Comfortable with English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marketing, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
