• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Ms Word
