• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Bengali, Domestic, Hindi, Outbound
• No English required
