What the job involves

As a Tele Caller In Banking Process, your work will include:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Domestic and Outbound
• No English required
