Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound, Outbound and Sales
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• Someone patient and polite

Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹16,500 per month.
