Manage Executive Calendar, Meetings, And Appointmentshandle Emails, Calls, And Communicationarrange Travel (Flights, Hotels, Visas)Prepare Reports, Presentations, And Documentstake Meeting Minutes & Follow-Upscoordinate With Teams, Clients, And Stakeholdersmaintain Confidential Information. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Email etiquette, Record keeping, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A dependable, well spoken attitude

Salary

You will be paid ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
