We Are Looking For Responsible, Organised Non-Technical Staff To Manage Construction Sites And Labourers. Responsibilities Include Weekly Labour Attendance And Wage Accounts, Accurate Site Markings And Measurements, Proper Stock/Material Records, And Daily Site Coordination. Basic Construction Knowledge And Good Communication Skills Are Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Check quality of work and materials on site
• Supervise site work as per drawings and specifications.
• Prepare measurements, bills and progress reports
• Coordinate with contractors, architects and clients
• Plan manpower, material and daily progress

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Site supervision, Safety compliance, Billing and Quantity estimation
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
