Front Desk Receptionist

RL International School is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join its team in Sector 82 - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, Email etiquette, Basic accounting and MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, dependable attitude

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
