We Are Looking For A Proactive And Well-Organized Hr & Administration Executive Who Will Be Responsible For Managing Employee Coordination, Client Communication Support, Administrative Operations, Recruitment Activities, And Team Engagement Initiatives. The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Good knowledge of Payroll, Labour law basics, Recruitment and HRMS
• Female Only

Compensation

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You will source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities.
