Key Responsibilities:-Handle Customer Calls Professionally Through The Voice Process.Understand Customer Requirements And Provide Suitable Assistance.Generate Leads Through Customer Interactions And Follow-Ups.Convert Potential Leads Into Sales Opportunities.Handle Customer Queries And Maintain Good Customer Relationships.Follow Up With Prospective Customers.Achieve Assigned Calling, Lead Generation, And Sales Targets.Maintain Accurate Records Of Customer Interactions.Eligibility & Requirements:-Age: 18-35 Years.Excellent Verbal Communication And Interpersonal Skills.Good Convincing And Customer-Handling Abilities.Comfortable Working In A Target-Oriented Environment.Basic Computer Knowledge Preferred.Candidates With Exceptionally Strong Communication. Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
