Roger Motors Private Limited is looking for a Counter Sales to join its team in Andhaj, Nadiad. There are 5 open positions. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You will follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Local market knowledge, Lead generation, Presentation, CRM
• Male Only
