Activities Coordinator

A new Activities Coordinator role is open at Roots International School., Soura, Srinagar. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Handle Administrative Functions Like Scheduling, Record Management, And Compliance In Educational Institutions. Support Faculty And Ensure Smooth Operations. Manage Communications With Parents And Students. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Basic accounting, MS Office, Data entry and Email etiquette
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A well spoken, dependable attitude
