Handle Inbound And Outbound Calls To Prospective Students And Parents.Counsel Walk-In, Telephonic And Online Leads Regarding Courses Offered By The Institute.Explain Course Structure, Batch Timings, Faculty, Fee Structure And Admission Process.Convert Enquiries Into Admissions Through Effective Counselling And Regular Follow-Up.Maintain Daily Lead Records And Update.Dinate Stu Dent Visits, Counselling Sessions And Auditions.Follow Up With Interested Candidates Through Calls, Whatsapp, Email And Sms.Build Trust With Students And Parents By Understanding Their Goals And Concerns.Achieve Monthly Admission And Revenue Targets.Coordinate With Marketing And Administration Teams For Lead Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: CRM, Customer handling, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• You will achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
