Handle Daily Operations And Coordinate With Teams, Clients, And Vendors. Manage All Documentation Including Reports, And Records, Ensuring Smooth Workflow And Timely Execution. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Hindi and English, Active listening, Complaint handling and Typing speed
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient
