We Are Seeking A Proactive And Customer-Focused Helpdesk Executive To Join Our Team As A Key Member Of Our Customer Support Team. The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For Handling Employee And Driver Queries Related To Office Transport. Role: Handle Transport Queries, Resolve Pickup/Route Issues, Coordinate With Drivers, Log & Escalate Issues. Basic Excel, MS Power Point | Skills Needed : Email

Day-to-day work

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
