Key responsibilities

As a Car Loan Telecaller Executive, your work will include:

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Gujarati, Hindi, English
• Someone patient and customer-first

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
