Respond To Customer Queries In A Timely And Accurate Way, Via Phone, Email Or Chatidentify Customer Needs And Help Customers Use Specific Featuresanalyze And Report Product Malfunctions (For Example, By Testing Different Scenarios Or Impersonating Users)Update Our Internal Databases With Information About Technical Issues And Useful Discussions. Languages : Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, English
• You are self-motivated and confident

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
