What you will do

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
