Job Responsibilities:Generate And Follow Up On Sales Leads Through Phone Calls, Emails, And Online Platforms.Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Products Or Services.Prepare And Send Quotations, Proposals, And Pricing Details.Maintain Regular Communication With Existing And Prospective Customers.Coordinate With The Sales, Operations, And Logistics Teams To Ensure Timely Order Processing.Achieve Monthly And Quarterly Sales Targets.Maintain Accurate Customer Records And Update The Crm System.Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Provide After-Sales Support.Prepare Sales Reports And Monitor Customer Follow-Ups. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Marketing | Type : Sales | Languages : English, Hindi, Gujarati

What you will do

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of English, Gujarati, Hindi, Marketing and Sales
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
