Assistant Manager - Hr

Rudraksh Pharma is looking for an Assistant Manager - Hr to join its team in Katargam, Surat. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Screening, Labour law basics and HRMS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are good communicator and people-oriented

Key responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager - Hr, your work will include:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• You will coordinate performance reviews and training.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
