Business Development Executive

Runbuddies Races & Sportswear has an opening for a Business Development Executive based in Pashan, Pune. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Identify Potential Business Opportunities And Generate Leads Through Research And Networking. Develop Client Relationships And Propose Tailored Solutions. Collaborate With Sales Teams To Convert Leads Into Revenue. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• You'll share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• You'll explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Local market knowledge, CRM, Customer handling, Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone self-motivated and persuasive
