• Good knowledge of Compliance, Customer acquisition, Financial products and Documentation

Key responsibilities

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
