What you will do

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Salary

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic accounting, MS Office, Record keeping, Typing
• Basic English
