Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word, Record Management
• Female Only
