Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Power Point, Ms Word, Tally
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
