To Conduct Physical Inspection Of The Property, Verification Of The Documents, Area Calculations, Reading The Plans, Arriving At Best Suitable Adoption Rate For The Inspected Property, Discussion With The Bank Officials, Preparation Of Valuation Report Maintaining The Report Hygiene.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: MS Excel, Accounts receivable, TDS, Accounts payable
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• A numerate, accurate attitude
