The Primary Responsibility Will Be To Contact Customers Regarding Overdue Payments, Negotiate Repayment Plans, And Ensure Timely Recovery Of Debts Through Phone Calls Only (No Field Visits). Who can apply

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Documentation, KYC, Financial products, Customer acquisition
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
