Responsibilities: Act As The First Point Of Contact For Patients And Customers Appointment Booking Over Call And For Walk-In Patients. Managing Patient Flow For Ongoing Patient Treatments Such As Coordinating Time Slots With Doctor And Patients, Answering Basic Patient Queries Etc. Manage Billing + Payments.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Record keeping, MS Office, Basic accounting and Email etiquette
• Good English
