Sabari Foundation Construction is looking for a Secretary / Executive Assistant to join its team in Anna Nagar East, Chennai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month.

Your responsibilities

• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
