Generate Leads And Identify Potential Customers Interested In Buying Or Investing In Properties.Contact Leads Through Calls, Whatsapp, And Other Communication Channels.Understand Customer Requirements, Budget, And Preferred Location.Explain Property Details, Pricing, Amenities, Payment Plans, And Offers.Arrange And Conduct Property/Site Visits. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Customer handling, Presentation, Lead generation, Negotiation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are self-motivated and target-driven

What you will do

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You will build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.
