We Are Hiring A Business Development Executive For Real Estate. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Generating Leads, Contacting Potential Clients, Explaining Property Details, Arranging Site Visits, And Closing Sales. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Basic Sales Knowledge, And The Ability To Achieve Monthly Targets.

Roles and responsibilities

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Who can apply

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Lead generation, Presentation, Customer handling, Negotiation
• Basic English

Compensation

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
