We Are Hiring An Hr & Office Administrator Based In Cuttack To Handle End-To-End Human Resources And General Administrative Operations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have 13 Years Of Hands-On Experience In Managing Office Facilities And Workforce Support.You Will Oversee Recruitment Coordination, Onboarding Paperwork, Biometric Attendance Tracking, Leave Records, And Monthly Payroll Inputs. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining Personnel Files, Assisting With Statutory Registers (Pf, Esic, Labor Compliance), And Addressing Staff Queries. On The Admin Side, You Will Supervise Office Upkeep, Manage Local Vendors, Handle Procurement Of Stationery And Provisions, And Maintain Equipment Logs. Proficiency In Ms Office/Excel, Strong Organizational Abilities, And Fluency In Odia, Hindi, English. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Skills: Labour law basics, HRMS, MS Excel, Recruitment

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
