Outbound Telecalling, Lead Generation, Telesales Of Multiple Insurance, Taking Follow Ups And Maintaining Records.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
