Resolve Employee Grievances And Foster Positive Workplace Relations. Ensure Documentation And Compliance With Company Standards. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Labour law basics, MS Excel, Payroll, Screening
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A people-oriented, organised attitude
