Sahni Industries is looking for an Assistant to join its team in Moti Nagar, Delhi. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

Lead And Motivate Teams To Achieve Operational Targets And Objectives. Manage Workflows, Assign Tasks, And Ensure Quality Standards Are Maintained. Analyze Performance Metrics And Implement Strategies To Improve Productivity. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Compensation

You will be paid ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Customer acquisition, Financial products, KYC, MS Excel
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
