Sahu Collections Pvt Ltd is looking for an Hr Manager to join its team in New Alipore, Kolkata. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Recruitment, Labour law basics, Payroll, Screening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, confidential attitude
