Responsible For Handling Day-To-Day Commercial Operations By Preparing Quotations, Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, And Other Commercial Documents Coordinating With Customers And Internal Departments Such As Sales, Design, Production, Planning, Stores, Dispatch, And Accounts To Ensure Timely Execution Of Orders Maintaining Project-Wise Documentation And Contract Records Following Up For Approvals, Dispatch Clearances, And Payment Collections Preparing Mis Reports And Ensuring All Commercial Activities Are Carried Out Accurately, Efficiently, And In Compliance With Company Policies And Statutory Requirements. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | MS Power Point, Basic Excel | Skills Needed : Computer

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

As a Commercial Assistant, your work will include:

• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
