The Purchase Assistant Is Responsible For Supporting Procurement Activities By Sourcing Materials, Obtaining Quotations, Preparing Comparative Statements, Issuing Purchase Orders, And Ensuring Timely Availability Of Materials For Production And Project Requirements. The Role Includes Coordinating With Suppliers And Internal Departments Such As Production, Planning, Stores, Design, Qa/Qc, And Accounts, Maintaining Purchase Records, Tracking Deliveries, Verifying Invoices And Material Receipts, And Following Up On Pending Orders. The Candidate Should Have Good Knowledge Of Ms Excel, Email Communication, And Procurement Procedures, Along With Strong Coordination, Negotiation, Documentation, And Follow-Up Skills To Ensure Smooth And Efficient Purchasing Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Procurement, > 30 WPM Typing Speed | Skills Needed : Email, Tally

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Basic Excel, Email, Procurement, Tally
• Male Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What the job involves
