Salary and benefits

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Quotation Management, Record Management
• Basic English
