Outbound Calling: Proactively Call Prospective Clients To Promote Services, Introduce New Products, And Generate Qualified Leads.Inbound Support: Handle Incoming Calls, Resolve Customer Complaints, And Provide Accurate Product Information.Data Management: Accurately Update And Maintain Detailed Records Of Customer Interactions, Feedback, And Account Updates In The Crm System.Lead Qualification: Ask Probing Questions To Understand Client Needs And Align Them With The Appropriate Solutions.Target Achievement: Meet Or Exceed Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Targets For Sales Closures, Lead Volumes, Or Call Durations.Relationship Building: Establish Rapport With Customers To Encourage Repeat Business And Brand Loyalty. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Inbound, Outbound | Languages : English, Tamil

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Inbound, Outbound and Tamil
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

What you get

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
