Assistant Front Office Manager

Saiba Hotels & Properties Pvt Ltd (Saiba Hotels Of Properties P Ltd Hotel Centurion) is looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to join its team in Shivajinagar, Pune. The pay goes up to ₹28,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Greet And Assist Guests With Check-Ins, Reservations, And Inquiries. Provide Information About Services And Amenities While Maintaining A Professional Demeanor. Address Complaints And Ensure A Pleasant Guest Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Record keeping, Basic accounting, Email etiquette, Typing
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone detail-oriented and dependable
