Billing Manager

Saiiron Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for a Billing Manager to join its team in Chakan, Pune. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

We Are Looking For A Billing Engineer Responsible For Preparing Client Bills, Contractor Bills, Quantity Verification, Boq Management, And Project Billing Documentation. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Construction, Mep, Hvac, Machine Installation, Or Industrial Projects. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• You will reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
• You'll track receivables and payables and follow up on dues.
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with TDS, Tally, Accounts receivable, GST
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confidential and numerate
