Saksham Gupta (Sarika Hr Solutions) wants to bring on a Business Development Executive for its Cunningham Road, Bengaluru team. 20 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹35,000/month.

Lead Generation And Follow Up. Call / Visit Clients. Explain Product/Services To Clients And Maintain A Good Working Relationship With Clients. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Target achievement, CRM, Customer handling, Presentation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A target-driven, self-motivated attitude

What you get

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
