Salary Setu is looking for a Collection Executive / Officer to join its team in Surya Nagar - Ghaziabad, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. There are 5 open positions.

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Compliance, KYC, MS Excel, Documentation
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and detail-oriented

What you will do

As a Collection Executive / Officer, your work will include:

• You will cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
