Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Send Quotation. Handle Incoming And Outbound Calls For Interview, Sales Enquiry And Customer Feedback And Support Related Issues.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Compensation

Compensation: ₹11,000 – ₹16,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Typing, Data entry, Email etiquette and Basic accounting
