We Are Looking For Business Development Executive For Our Real-Estate Company. Responsible For Generating Leads, Meeting Clients, Explaining Our Projects, Conducting Site Visits And Closing Sales. Good Communication Skills Needed. Attractive Incentives, Growth Opportunity, International Trips And Pension Scheme. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• You will explain products and offers clearly and handle objections.
• You'll follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Negotiation, Local market knowledge, Presentation, Target achievement
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A self-motivated, target-driven attitude
