SamvitManthan Advisers Private Limited is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its team in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹60,000/month.

Proven Experience In Business Development Or Sales, Specifically Within Professional Services (Accounting, Tax, Legal, Or Consulting Firms).A Foundational Understanding Of Indian Regulatory Frameworks (Gst, Income Tax, Roc) And The Financial Challenges Faced By Smes And Startups. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Compensation

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Negotiation, CRM, Target achievement and Local market knowledge
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, self-motivated attitude

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
