Key Responsibilities:Coordinate Service Requests And Engineer Schedules.Handle Customer Calls And Service-Related Inquiries.Maintain Service Records, Job Sheets, And Follow-Ups.Ensure Timely Closure Of Service Tickets And Customer Satisfaction.Coordinate With Customers, Vendors, And Internal Teams. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Hindi and English, Complaint handling, Typing speed, Active listening
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, calm under pressure attitude

Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What you get

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
