Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Internet Surfing, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• A well spoken, organised attitude

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
